This guide is designed to help you understand what happens after you click "Buy Now" and how to interpret the various tracking updates you may see.
When you enter your Order ID above, you will see one of several statuses. Here is a detailed breakdown of what each status means for your Semenoll shipment:
Your order has been received by our system and is currently being reviewed for security and accuracy. This stage involves verifying your payment details and shipping address to prevent delays later on. Typically, orders remain in "Processing" for less than 12 hours.
Your order has been electronically transmitted to our nearest fulfillment center. We operate warehouses in the United States and the United Kingdom to ensure global coverage. At this stage, a picker is locating your Semenoll bottles, and a packer is preparing your discreet box.
This status often causes the most confusion. It means we have packed your box and printed the shipping label, notifying the carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) that a package is ready. However, the package has not yet left our facility physically. Tracking numbers are generated at this point, but may not show movement for another 12-24 hours.
Great news! The carrier has picked up your package, and it is moving through their network. At this point, the estimated delivery date is generated. Updates may not happen every hour; it is normal for a package to be "In Transit" between major hubs for a day or two without a scan.
The package has reached your local post office or distribution center and is on the truck for delivery to your specific address today. Please ensure someone is available to receive it if your area is not safe for drop-offs.
The carrier has marked the package as successfully delivered. If you do not see it, check your mailbox, front porch, back door, or with a neighbor. Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered an hour before they physically drop them off.
Transparency is key to our relationship with you. Below are the detailed protocols we follow to ensure your Semenoll order arrives safely and on time.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (for US orders) or 2:00 PM GMT (for UK/EU orders) on business days (Monday through Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time, or on weekends and major holidays, will be shipped the following business day. While we strive for same-day shipping, during peak periods (such as Black Friday or after New Year's), processing may take up to 48 hours.
We know privacy is paramount. Your order tracking information and the physical package itself are designed to protect your privacy. The shipping label will not say "Semenoll," "Fertility Booster," or anything related to the contents. The return address will list a generic fulfillment center name or our parent corporate entity. The box is a standard plain brown or white corrugated box or a padded envelope, indistinguishable from any other online purchase.
For our international customers outside the USA and UK, tracking may look slightly different. Once the package leaves our domestic warehouse, it travels to a rigorous international sorting facility. You may see a status like "Processed Through Facility" followed by a pause in updates. This is normal as the package travels across the ocean or air network.
Customs Clearance: Upon arrival in your country, the package must clear customs. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days, depending on your local customs authority's speed. During this time, tracking may not update. Please note that while Semenoll is legal and compliant, occasional random customs inspections can cause minor delays.
"Label Created" for more than 48 hours: Occasionally, a carrier misses the initial "pickup" scan. The package is likely moving but won't update until it hits the next major distribution hub. If it has been more than 3 business days with no movement, please contact us.
Package marked "Delivered" but not found:
1. Check all exterior doors and mailboxes.
2. Ask household members if they brought it in.
3. Check with immediate neighbors.
4. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan delivery).
If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
While rare, packages can sometimes be damaged in transit or lost by the carrier. Semenoll insures all shipments. If your tracking status remains "In Transit" for more than 14 days (Domestic) or 30 days (International), we consider the package lost. In such cases, we will immediately reship your order at no cost to you using an expedited shipping method where available. If your package arrives damaged (bottle broken or seal compromised), please take a photo of the damage and email it to [email protected] for an immediate replacement.
